Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the globe.

Where do you ship from?

We partner with fulfillment centers located in key regions including the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location whenever possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will be in processing and cannot be changed. Once received, your item can still be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal for secure checkout.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow extra time during peak shopping seasons or promotional events.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location. On average, your order should arrive within 2–4 weeks. International orders may take slightly longer due to customs procedures.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us — you’ll be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Prices listed on MedleyHype.com do not include international taxes or customs fees. Depending on your country, duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are not covered by MedleyHype and must be paid by the customer. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us at Info@MedleyHype.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

What if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos of the item, your order number, and a short explanation. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.
